As part of member administration, information such as first name, surname, email address, as well as a text about the person and their CV are stored. Contact enquiries via the contact form and donation transactions via the donation form also lead to the storage of relevant data.

The data is processed on the basis of the consent given by the user by submitting the relevant forms. This consent can be revoked at any time by the data subject by contacting the data protection officer.

Data transfer:

To facilitate the processing of forms, data is processed via submit-form.com. However, Simulix also retains the data for internal purposes. This ensures that submit-form.com complies with appropriate data protection standards.

Data security:

Simulix attaches great importance to the security of the transmitted data. An SSL-encrypted connection guarantees secure transmission. In addition, we implement ongoing security measures to prevent unauthorised access, data loss or misuse.

Retention periods:

The collected data is stored for a period of 3 months. After this period, the data will be securely and permanently deleted, unless there are other statutory retention obligations.

Rights of the data subjects:
